OBJECTIVE

This project was a joint design-build venture for Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara (PLDO).  The law firm was relocating from their Providence offices to a recently overhauled multi-tenant building. There were spatial challenges due to the poured concrete building structure which required precision planning and careful coordination between vendors and contractors.

PLDO's new space was designed to provide a workplace that offered increased opportunities for attorneys and staff to connect while also taking advantage of the views of the park-like property.
