OBJECTIVE
This site was originally occupied by an oversized bank on an underdeveloped site.
We were tasked to maximize the usability of the property by the new owner. Our design allowed for multiple well-developed retail tenant spaces as well as private living arrangements on the upper levels breathing new life into the surrounding community.
