I began my professional life as a finish carpenter remodeling and building homes. In the years that followed, I used my talents fitting out the interior of sailing yachts where I learned a finer sense of construction and design.

I traded in my tool belt for a drafting pencil and scale at New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) where I completed my degree in Architecture.  Prior to graduation, I secured a position at the renowned interior design firm of Morris Nathanson Design.  The next 32 years were filled with opportunities to learn and work with some of the hospitality industry’s finest designers and architects.  My portfolio of work includes restaurants, hotels, music venues and retail locations with local brands such as Hemenways, Capital Grille, Mills Tavern and Johnny Rocket’s.  I also worked extensively in New York City on establishments such as Carmine’s, PJ Clarke’s, Oceana and BB King’s Blues Club to name a few.  My experience also includes museums and other cultural institutions such as the J & W Culinary Arts Museum and the Fall River Maritime Museum.

I joined Bisbano + Associates in 2018 as a Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager. In that role I have designed and managed many of the firm’s banking projects. In April of 2019 I helped launch the Hospitality Design Division for Bisbano, serving as Director of Hospitality Design.

I am a RI resident and live in Narragansett with my life partner Linda where we both enjoy the ocean with our children and grandpuppies.
