OBJECTIVE

Prior renovations had destroyed the historic integrity of this façade. The design of the building exterior needed to artistically blend the requirements of the new uses with the character of the upper levels. As a further challenge, code requirements such as providing a street-level entrance and elevator access made it necessary to develop an entirely new storefront pattern.
