OBJECTIVE

BISBANO joined Chelsea Groton Bank (CGB) in 2017 on their journey to create their new headquarters and flagship branch.  After a Feasibility Study, extensive research, and much consideration, CGB chose to stay in their existing building and purchased the adjacent property for relocating their drive-through ATMs. We have assisted CGB through the challenges presented by integrating the original and new properties.

The  three-story building, built in 1982, requires extensive renovations - top to bottom, inside and out.  We have designed an interior space to fully meet the needs of a flexible, streamlined, 21st century workplace while remaining cognizant of budget and schedule.  Replacing approximately 50% of the exterior façade with curtain wall will maximize daylighting opportunities for the interior spaces.  It will also provide a beautiful, modern exterior appearance while improving the urban landscape.
