OBJECTIVE

The oldest family-owned restaurant group in the country envisioned creating a dining experience that would capture the essence of Italy and match the authentic nature of their cuisine. Artifacts collected by the owner along with their tales of global travels helped to inspire the core concept of the Casa Santo Stefano design.

As a result, we created an exciting and flourishing restaurant with a traditional first floor dining experience and a rooftop “Italian Drinkeria” to appeal to a diverse clientele. The one-of-a-kind wine mezzanine on the first floor includes intimate booth seating below to maximize dining capacity and provide a pedestal for the marble equestrian sculpture. The rooftop features a colorful stained glass backbar custom designed for this location to embody the lively atmosphere.
