OBJECTIVE

BISBANO joined the Beeline Lending project on a design-build basis, working closely with the team as they planned their relocation to an historic mill building in Providence.  Not unlike many projects, the major challenges we faced were a fast timeline and a tight budget.

Beeline embraced the industrial features of the building. We integrated that character with the dynamic vibe of this young company in our design, keeping the original ceiling, beams, wood columns and brick walls exposed wherever possible.  New interior features included Beeline's bright corporate color palette as well as aluminum and glass storefronts for offices and meeting rooms to unify staff within the space and provide a connection with the exterior.
