OBJECTIVE

BISBANO was brought on board to provide project management and design services for a major renovation and expansion of Arpin's global headquarters. Additional space was created by the introduction of a new 2-story entrance with reception, conference and multi-purpose meeting spaces. A new two-story connector was constructed to provide access to the existing warehouse building, where additional office space was created on two levels.

10 phases of construction were required as the corporation was growing rapidly while the work was under way.
